Hello from Sweden
« on: July 17, 2013, 07:51:42 AM »
Hello,

Sweden is not ideally suited to solar applications(long dark winters, shitty summers).
Im going to try some anyway!

I have no higher education and no electronics knowledge, but i love to tinker!

My plan is to achieve some sort of solar reprap.

Marcus Kayser has built an awesome machine:

I want to build something like his.

Best regards,
Peter

Hello Peter, and welcome to the forums!

That sounds like a really cool project. I remember seeing that video a year or two ago and wanting to try it.

There is also this one from Green Power Science that might be interesting to try. I'm not sure what you can really do with obsidian, but if you could "print it" then that would be seriously awesome.

Not my invention, the guy who made it is Marcus Kayser.
