G-code
I have tried to make G-code files for some of the things I am playing around with and
I couldnt do it.

In Cadbam
I did this and it didnt work
Cam--create g code files

Now I am here
This is a file for a happy face
How do I save this so that it will give a tool path to the cnc machine

The file that you have downloaded is already a G code file.

You need to scroll down on the Downloads page to where you see CamBam files. Now once you've opened it in CamBam, you need to create the Machine Operations and then Tool Paths, then create the G-code file. For information on this, Gabriel has a page on it already. Read this http://www.cerebralmeltdown.com/cncstuff/makinggears/part3/ He explains how to do these things with a gear. To do this with the alien face, its the same basic operations. Keep playing around with CamBam and you will get the hang of it.
